Scholarship Awards Ceremony
Howdy. I've had the most eventful week, but I honestly can't be stuffed right now, so I'll just dump all my pics from Monday *points to title* on you. And I guess that means I'll just have to blog the rest of my week in another blog. So think of this blog as Part 1, and my next blog will be Part 2 :P bwahahaha~

I have yet to purchase the original :P

Faye's cam

So basically all the kiddies on scholarships were invited to attend so that they could walk up on stage, shake the UWS Vice-Chancellor's hand, and parade around the room holding fancy certificates :)

Then afterwards we got given a morning tea, where we chitchattered & went luvo.

OMG it's GAYA-TREE!! LMAO :D I swear it's so frkn awesome bumping into people that you had no idea were on the shebang as you ;) But Miss Medicine had to rush off to class in Campbelltown straight away so we didn't get to catch up for long.

My Familia, minus Ralen lol.

J. Forder, Manager of the Scholarships Unit :)

And then right after I rushed off to Penrith for the rest of my classes. I had to miss my psych lecture in the morning though. Come to think of it, that's the third time in a row that I've missed that lecture...hmmmm. TSK TSK Dez. Anyhooters, I've got work today - NRL Grand Final...wooooo! It's the time I get to bathe in the wonderful ambience of alcohol & cigarettes.

that's what you do to me, that's what you do.
G'day. It's been about a month since I disappeared off the face of the planet (unless you were privileged enough to read my private blog :P), but nonetheless I'm here now, alive & happy. Alot  of things have changed, and I'm glad my life is in a much better disposition than it was prior to this entry.

I really want to say that I'll keep this blog short and sweet, but I know that it's just so impossible. But heck, it doesn't mean I can't try anyway :P I'll start at the top...

Law Assessment
On Friday 12/09/08, we had our first major assessment for Law Foundations: a bail application. This involved all first year law students coming to uni dressed up in suits and speaking in front of a mock magistrate-judge individually, inside our uber cool moot court. Talk about stress mate.

Cramming in a cramped study room.

It was awesome seeing everyone dressed up so prim and proper, and looking pro :D I freaking stressed my brains out though :( And I literally put my "speech" together just a few hours before we walked into court :O Rahh.

Corporate prom! LMAONAISE.

In the shot above, we practiced our bails in front of each other, all at the same time. That shit was wack :P Freakin hilarity. And this was the ensemble I put together:

La chic ;)

I literally bought an entirely new outfit just for this assessment. And the only item that I didn't have to buy was my fishnet stockings AHAHAHA :P I was seriously a nervous wreck on the day though -.- But I'm happy with the way things turned out, because I got the distinction I was gunning for ;)

FastForward UniM8s
The following week, I got an email from my uni inviting me to participate in their FastForward UniM8s Program, and I willing accepted because I thought it was an awesome program :D Basically, one lucky year 11 student got to be my "shadow" for the day, just to get a feel for uni life. I was lucky enough to get two students that week. Phwoar!

My first "shadow", Jasmine, had an interest in Psychology, and so she shadowed me the whole day on Monday in Penrith. And Mondays are my full days (10am-4pm), so the poor girl was probably dead tired by the end of it lol. My second UniM8, Maxine, had an interest for law, and so she got to follow me around on the Thursday at Parra, for one 3hr seminar. Luckyduck! Thursdays & Fridays are my short days :P

Law student & shadow; shadow & law student.

My love life
Ahhhh, the question on everyone's minds :P If you have me on facebook, you would have found out that I am now in a happy, healthy, potentially-longterm relationship with a sweet-hearted sillyboy named Viriya :) And I'm so bloody muthafreakin crazy about him xD.

If I could describe the setting in which this occurrence took place, it would be the epitome of perfect :)

If you haven't guessed where this is, it's Darling Harbour...noobs :P

I've decided that my favourite days & times of the week are Wednesday days and Friday nights... :)

One of my random visits to unsw:

sillysilly.

...And I guess that's my life in a nutshell at the moment, boys & girls. I'm on my midsem break at the moment, so that's how I found the time to finally fix up my blog and type up a delicious entry for you lovelies ;) I basically spend my time either working hardcore for money, stressing over another huge-ass essay, or visiting Viriya at UNSW. I go back to uni next week, which sucks balls because that's when UNSW goes on their midsem break. Lameshit. But meh. I can't really complain because I'm such a happy little vegemite nowadays :)

Father's Day 2008
My dad told us awhile that he wanted to try seafood for breakfast. So this morning after coffee in bed  LOL, we all got ready to be taken to Sydney Fish Market where we gave Dad his seafood brekky :)

Our view of the Anzac Bridge :)

It took freakin ages to order our food. Then it again it was early morning and none of us knew what we wanted. And we ended up just sharing huge platters of scrumptious seafood.

I love baby octopus <3. The salt & pepper calamari didn't really tickle my fancy, but the scallops were divine :9. Also, I didn't know that seafood could make someone so full >< So I was so freakin bloated after that, and we couldn't even finish the whole platter =/

Anyways after we stuffed our faces, we walked along the wharf and went luvo like a crazy Asian family.

Daddy :)

zomg poor Ralen LOL

family photo ♥

Ladies

After luvoness, we drove to Chatswood and I bought a blazer for Friday and Faye & I just bummed around while rents went to look at more expensive stuff *scratches head* LOL. Then we took a drive around Killara & Lane Cove. I swear I can't wait till we move houses. And my Dad said that he's gonna take me sailing when he finally buys a boat lmao. Yayyer ♥

Oh and while we were driving around, Faye & I couldn't help playing around with Ralen...

BWAHAHAHAHA whatta poser :P

And as always I've got a sh*tload of assessments due this week. Three to be exact. And by blogging just now I've wasted time, when I could've been studying and bla bla bla. So yeah I'll just leave. And be a nerd. And study. And aim for a HD...rahhhhhh wish me luck.

Ohhhh Hott DAYUMMM
Monday 01/09

As part of the Media & Visual Cultures Curriculum, we were expected to go to the Art Gallery of NSW and sharpen our analytical-impressionist skills for our image analysis assignment that's due in two weeks.

I caught a train to Kingswood in the hope of attending my Psych lecture, but I missed the shuttle bus that comes half-hourly to & from the station to the campus, and so I was uber pissed because I realised that I wasted my time going to Penrith when I could've gone straight the city. Grr.

I met up with Muller in Blacktown and we train'd it to St. James and then got lost LOL. But when we finally got to Artspace, it was closed for maintenance and our trip was apparently changed to the Gallery. And since we were already late we just decided to walk around the gallery by oursleves, rather than try to find our group.

The Matchsticks that Muller got excited about.. hahaha

Hugenormous grand piano

Muller's camera

Then after we found the exit (LOL), we had lunch at The Kiosk in The Domain and we caught up on stuff :)

Then after lunch we caught a train to P'matta and we window-shopped. OMGSH I can't wait till I get paid *whines*. Oh and btw, I didn't find this Gallery trip that enlightening so I think I'm gonna go again when I can :)

Tuesday 02/09

My dad left his glasses & his wallet at home, and so Mum asked if I could go drop it off before I went to class. And I did precisely that. I drove all the way to Bella Vista where my Daddy works and when he came out to get it from me, he got into my car and we drove to Rouse Hill for an early lunch :)

I haven't had Father-Daughter time with my Daddy in aages. And I didn't know he was crazy about bibimbap LOL. So anyways after lunch we walked around Rouse Hill for abit, and then I dropped him back to work and I took the M7 & M4 to Penrith. Man, I love driving on the M7. It's like driving on freakin rails yo AHAHA.

Wednesday 03/09

This morning I drove to UWS to park my car, and then I caught a bus, then a train, then another bus to UNSW and I crashed Viriya's maths lecture, and then we went to study in the library. At about 1, we left to go to the unibar to go see FLO RIDER :D

Hmm crap quality photos...because I got these shots by print-screening from the vids that I recorded of them ;D At about 2pm, I left to go to work. And I broke my credit card streak.. GRRRRRR. Must...find....another....job..! Hmm I've still got a crapload of work to do my loves, So I better get crackin. Ta!

Happy 17th Birthday Faye!

I say the title speaks for itself. We went to Chatswood for Yum Cha & coffee, and my sister got an iPhone for her birthday (and my Dad got one for himself because he just couldn't rests lol), along with a couple other things she got showered with today ;) Then we had a family night-in and watched The Godfather. Gotta love it.

P.S Happy Birthday Jaysun! Sorry I couldn't make it tonight.
